Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize schedules for large-scale energy projects. You will lead CPM and P6 scheduling efforts, gather data with PMs/engineers, and identify critical path activities to drive on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, progress tracking, dashboard reporting, and training junior staff, while aligning with company standards and cost integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in project controls scheduling.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (EPPM and Professional) is required.
• Strong CPM scheduling techniques and best practices.
• Experience with multi-million dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project schedules (CPM and P6).
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather data and define WBS.
• Perform critical path, risk analysis and what-if scenarios to mitigate delays.
• Monitor progress, report variances, and develop recovery plans.
• Prepare schedule reports, updates, and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to scheduling standards and best practices.
• Facilitate schedule reviews and train junior staff as needed.
• Integrate schedule data with cost control systems for performance view.
• Support change management by evaluating schedule impacts of changes.
• Assist in developing close-out schedules and documentation.
