Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support a multi-billion-dollar utility infrastructure program. You will partner with project management, engineering, construction and contractor teams to develop and maintain schedules driving execution.

You will lead detailed Primavera P6 schedules, build integrated EPC timelines, establish baselines, monitor progress and provide forecasts and risk mitigations through close collaboration with project leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project scheduling / project controls experience.
• Utility capital project experience required.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Experience analyzing critical path, float, schedule variance, and progress.
• Experience reviewing and challenging contractor schedules.
• Experience working within EPC project environments.
• Ability to communicate schedule risks and impacts to project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 project schedules.
• Build and manage integrated engineering, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Establish baselines, milestones, critical paths, and WBS structures.
• Perform critical path and schedule variance analysis.
• Track planned, actual, and earned progress.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays.
• Review and validate contractor schedules and updates.
• Monitor contractor progress against milestones.
• Develop schedule forecasts and completion-date projections.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation/recovery strategies.
• Support schedule change management and impact analysis.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Work with Project Managers and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
