Job summary

Luster National, Inc. is seeking Project Schedulers to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs in Los Angeles. You will review schedules, maintain the master timeline, and forecast impacts and costs of slipped dates.

Roles span CPM scheduling, master scheduling at program level, and time-impact analyses to support change orders. We hire across experience levels and offer opportunities across highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large heavy-civil infrastructure projects (>$500M).
• Experience with CPM baseline schedule development, resource or cost loading, progress updates, and variance analysis.
• Ability to interpret scope, drawings, and constraints into logical, sequenced schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated CPM schedule covering design through turnover.
• Collect field progress data, update status and produce look-aheads and earned-value forecasts.
• Run critical path and what-if analyses to test sequencing options and contingencies.
• Integrate external dependencies and long-lead procurement items into the plan.
• Generate narrative reports and dashboards for project managers and executives.
• Support change orders and Time Impact Analyses tying delays to cost and entitlement.
