Job summary

Granex Industries is seeking an exceptionally organized and team-oriented scheduling coordinator to oversee countertop project scheduling. This role connects customers with sales, templators, production, and installation, ensuring smooth project flow.

You will manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and maintain accurate project data. The position is full-time, in-person at our Solon facility with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, project coordination, and customer service within a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with countertop industry scheduling is a plus, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate countertop templating, production, delivery, and installation schedules.
• Communicate clearly with customers, builders, contractors, sales reps, and internal departments.
• Confirm project details and ensure teams have necessary information to complete each job.
