Job summary

Blue Sky Countertops is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee stone countertop projects from order entry through installation. The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers and builders, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring on-time delivery with quality craftsmanship.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, builders, designers, and internal teams, managing documentation, schedules, and progress updates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage countertop orders from builders, retail customers, and commercial clients.
• Coordinate material selection, ordering, and inventory requirements.
• Schedule template appointments, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities.
• Prepare and distribute shop packets, work orders, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, designers, and internal teams.
• Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes.
• Coordinate with production, CAD, scheduling, and field installation teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and project issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate project records within company systems.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards.
