Blue Sky Countertops is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee stone countertop projects from order entry through installation. You will liaise with builders, homeowners, and designers to ensure on-time delivery and exemplary service.

In a fast-paced Texas environment, the role requires coordinating multiple projects, maintaining records, and ensuring quality from template to installation.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage countertop orders from builders, retail customers, and commercial clients.
• Coordinate material selection, ordering, and inventory requirements.
• Schedule template appointments, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities.
• Prepare and distribute shop packets, work orders, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, builders, designers, and internal teams.
• Track project progress and communicate updates, delays, or changes.
• Coordinate with production, CAD, scheduling, and field installation teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and project issues professionally and timely.
• Maintain accurate project records within company systems.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
