Innovative Surfaces is seeking a highly organized Residential Project Coordinator to manage countertop projects from quote acceptance through installation and completion. You will be the primary contact for homeowners, builders, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly and to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and reading of prints with measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling or construction.
• Countertop fabrication knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to read prints and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential projects from order entry through completion and post-installation follow-up.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, builders, and internal teams.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns professionally.
• Provide proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Track project progress across fabrication, installation, and closeout.
