Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking Planning & Scheduling Professionals to join its expanding national team supporting commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate with Operations Project Teams, Clark Executives, Subcontractors, and Owners.

The role requires strong scheduling experience, mastery of Primavera P6, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors and project teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6).
• Aligned to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work for Baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance.
• Represent Clark with owners, subcontractors, and their representatives.
• Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status relative to plan.
• Analyze and communicate schedule impact of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per industry standards.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver scheduling training for Clark Corporate University.
• Recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures.
• Handle special projects and other duties as necessary.
