Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high impact construction projects in the Dallas, TX area. Travel to project sites will be required as part of this role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects, with advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work to create usable Baseline schedules.
• Monitor and guide schedules managed by Operations staff.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors and representatives to represent Clark.
• Develop Time Impact Analyses per best practices.
