Sika is seeking a driven Project Sales Representative to join our Buildings & Parking refurbishment, sealing, and bonding team. You will grow demand by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and specifiers.

You will meet or exceed sales targets, promote through specifications and contractor partnerships, and manage and grow your territory with strategic account management. Travel as needed is essential to cover the Nashville market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience in building materials.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
