Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to support project teams in creating an incident- and injury-free culture. The role drives safety roadmaps, Site Safety Plans, and regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local standards.

This role involves on-site work at Portland, Indiana, with salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 per year. You will generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports, lead investigations with production leadership, and assist in

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.
• CPR/FA Certified (Trainer Preferred) and willing to obtain CHST within 12 months.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience; electrical safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and submit to project leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance to applicable standards.
