Compu Dynamics is seeking a Safety Manager to own safety performance on assigned project(s). The role involves leading incident response, conducting project safety audits, issuing permits, and interfacing with clients and regulatory agencies.

The position requires 3+ years of safety experience and a BCSP credential, with duties split between project sites and field offices. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $95,000 to $138,000 USD, with full-time employment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or industrial safety experience.
• BCSP credential in good standing, or ability to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
• Demonstrated ability to issue permits and approve subcontractor safety plans.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping, incident investigation, and regulatory inspection response.

Responsibilities

• Owns safety performance on assigned project(s).
• Lead project safety audits and hazard recognition.
• Assist with operation permits on site and issue safety-related corrective actions.
• Interface with client, GC, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead incident response and root cause investigations.
• Manage OSHA recordability determinations for the project.
• Maintain project safety records and safety metrics.
• Deliver safety training to project staff and mentors to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with site safety plans and emergency action plans.
