Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and oversee project safety programs on a large data-center environment or multiple projects. The role reports to a Regional Safety Leader and acts as an SME for technical safety guidance with project leadership.

Ideal candidates hold CHST or CSP certification and have 5+ years of construction safety experience, with data center exposure highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires CHST or CSP certification (Active) and 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience with data center projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety audits and provide corrective recommendations
• Communicate effectively with project teams and field leadership
• Prepare safety reports, lead safety meetings, and address site concerns
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client safety requirements
• Oversee safety training, documentation, and record-keeping
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans
• Support project start-ups, look-ahead planning, and emergency preparedness
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and client representatives
