Job summary

The Spieker Company is seeking a Safety Manager (Data Center) to join our in-house Safety Department for a large scale, long term data center project in Ohio. The role focuses on construction safety, incident investigations, and risk reduction in a complex data center environment.

Ideal candidates will hold BCSP CHST or CSP credentials, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, and strong proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• BCSP credential (CHST or CSP) required or equivalent.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Procore and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct field safety audits on a regular basis.
• Lead morning pre-job briefs and toolbox talks.
• Provide employee safety training sessions as needed.
• Serve as primary safety point of contact for trade/construction management.
