Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Project and Quotations Coordinator to oversee projects across the Galloup division, ensuring on‑time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. You will manage CRM data, coordinate logistics, and support the Quotations team to keep quotes accurate and up to date.

Reporting to the Project and Quotations Manager, the role emphasizes collaboration, data integrity, and clear communication while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in project coordination, logistics coordination, sales, or related fields.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent report‑writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to lead projects of various sizes.
• Able to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or similar tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify project goals and requirements.
• Enter and maintain startup information in the CRM.
• Develop project strategy plans.
• Coordinate truck delivery and pickup schedules.
• Schedule logistics for project deliveries, pickups, and material movement.
• Track progress and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide backup support for the Quotations team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
