Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in project coordination, logistics coordination, sales, or related fields.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent report-writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to lead projects of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Identify project goals and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Enter and maintain project startup data within the CRM.
• Develop project strategy plans and coordinate truck delivery/pickup.
• Schedule logistics for deliveries and material movement to support timelines.
• Provide reporting on project status and metrics throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Quotations, and Operations to manage changes and ensure goals are met.
• Host meetings to review projects and derive improvements.
• Manage project documentation, pricing records, and communications within the CRM.
