Job summary

The Kendall Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Project and Quotations Coordinator to plan and oversee projects within the Galloup division, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. You’ll support quotations, coordinate logistics, and maintain project data in the CRM while collaborating across Sales, Quotations, and Operations.

Ideal candidates have 3 years’ coordination experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in project coordination, logistics coordination, sales, or related fields.
• Excellent report-writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects across the Galloup division to meet timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate truck delivery and pickup schedules and manage logistics.
• Track, forecast, and report project progress in the CRM with metrics.
• Provide backup support for the Quotations team, including entry and follow-up.
• Host kickoff, mid-project, and post-mortem meetings to review outcomes.
