Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Project and Quotations Coordinator to plan and oversee projects in the Galloup division, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Backup support for the Quotations team will be provided, with responsibilities spanning CRM data management, quotes, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Quotations, and Operations to manage changes, track metrics, and communicate project progress.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in project coordination, logistics coordination, sales, or related fields.
• Excellent report-writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead projects of various sizes and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify goals and requirements of each project.
• Coordinate truck delivery and pickup schedule and logistics.
• Maintain CRM data, quote tracking, and project documentation.
• Produce accurate, timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.
• Host start, mid, and post-mortem meetings to review projects.
