Job summary

The Stellantis US Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan seeks a solutions-oriented Project Quality Manager Specialist to join the Top Hat, Platform and Modules team. You will develop and execute standardization of manufacturing quality enablers and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve vehicle quality issues with integrity and proactive leadership.

You will perform root cause analysis, analyze quality data, manage engineering changes, and conduct product evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data into actionable information.
• Self-directed, team oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues using advanced tools.
• Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators.
• Manage engineering changes with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct product evaluation tests before full implementation.
• Serve as the point of contact for engineering quality and incidents.
• Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics.
• Plan and prioritize multiple projects in a lean environment.
• Present to senior leadership and influence without authority.
