Job summary

Stellantis NV in Michigan seeks a Project Quality Manager to drive quality objectives for vehicle programs from concept through Start of Production and lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams to meet quality KPIs, coordinate root-cause analyses, and implement preventive and corrective actions across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of automotive experience, preferably in plant quality.
• Broad quality knowledge across programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across management levels.
• Strong program management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality customer objectives achievement from concept to mass production.
• Produce monthly synthesis of results and updated quality KPI forecast.
• Lead engineers to address design anomalies in field or plant.
• Request yard holds and campaigns and coordinate retrofit/rework parts.
• Ensure quality deliverables on mass-produced vehicles.
• Organize root cause analysis for development and start of mass production.
• Advise on quality modifications (PEPP).
• Follow up results and set preventive/corrective actions (APQP).
• Build internal and external partnerships and represent the voice of the customer to platform teams.
• Drive team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdles.
