You will supervise a procurement team, coordinate across Michels companies, and manage supplier relationships to align with schedule, budget, quality, and governance.

The role demands 10+ years of experience in procurement for large-scale construction, strong leadership, and travel up to 75% to support onsite activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred with 10+ years of procurement leadership.
• Experience managing procurement for mid- to large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategy aligned with schedule and budget.
• Lead procurement professionals, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate procurement across Michels family of companies and project scopes.
• Monitor supplier performance, expediting, and corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation and KPIs.
