You will develop and execute the procurement strategy, manage a team of buyers and expeditors, and coordinate with multiple Michels companies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive procurement experience.
• Experience leading procurement on large-scale construction and data-center projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project procurement strategy aligned with schedule, budget, and objectives.
• Lead procurement professionals and coordinate across Michels companies.
• Manage supplier relationships and mitigate procurement risks.
• Maintain procurement governance, documentation, and KPI reporting.
• Expedite activities and resolve supplier issues to protect milestones.
