Job summary

Exline, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day operations, customer service, project coordination, order processing, procurement, inventory management, and ERP administration within the Ignition & Automation Division.

This position works closely with the I&A Division Manager, field personnel, customers, vendors, and other Exline, Inc. departments to help ensure customer orders and field projects are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Word/Excel.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, purchasing, or order-management software preferred.
• Experience in customer service, project coordination, purchasing, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and order processing and keep accurate order records.
• Coordinate I&A field projects and manage project materials and documentation.
• Procure materials, manage inventory, and process purchase orders.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, product assembly and testing, and service support.
• Maintain ERP data, generate reports, and support administrative duties.
