Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support system integration projects across the lifecycle.

You will coordinate submittals, staffing, resources, change orders, project tracking and documentation to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include assisting project managers, preparing reports for management and customers, maintaining project documentation, and participating in project review meetings with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, project management, engineering, or related field.
• 3 years full-time architecture, pre-construction, construction, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to apply technological solutions to planning or implementation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittals, manpower, resources, change orders, and project tracking.
• Assist with preparation of project reports for management and customers.
• Maintain project documentation and change orders.
• Familiar with Job Hazard Analysis and safety practices.
• Assist Project Manager during meetings and client interactions.
