Avanceon is seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer with strong Inductive Automation Ignition expertise to join our Engineering Team. This role combines hands-on automation and controls engineering with responsibility for leading project teams and owning the successful technical delivery of customer projects.

Qualifications

• Ignition production applications experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams on automation projects.
• Experience programming PLC/SCADA systems; Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider preferred.
• Ignition Gold Certification preferred; equivalent demonstrated Ignition project experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering teams, providing technical direction and ownership.
• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Ignition-based solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on project planning and delivery.
• Serve as technical authority for design decisions and project quality.
