Job summary

Integrion Automation in Wauseon, Ohio is seeking a Project Manager to lead automation projects from order receipt through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating across internal departments and suppliers to achieve successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years PM experience in construction/industrial automation.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong MS Office and project scheduling software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from order receipt to closeout while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary customer contact, coordinating internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and commercial performance.
• Communicate project status weekly and to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolutions.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality deliverables.
