Job summary

Benchmark Automation, a division of ProMach, seeks a Project Manager to oversee machinery orders from distribution through successful completion and shipment. You will coordinate internal resources and external vendors, report to the VP/GM, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ engineering experience in factory automation.
• Prefer experience in project leadership in private industry (new machine manufacturing).
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Analytical skills to synthesize complex information and design effective workflows; strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for on-time, within-scope, within-budget project execution.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; manage changes and associated costs.
• Monitor costs and performance; report to management and maintain client relationships; prepare comprehensive project documentation.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests to ensure successful project completion.
