Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or manufacturing administration.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain job information including job numbers, sub-jobs, purchase orders, revenue, payment terms, and ECNs.
• Create and update job sheets: calculate and track job costs.
• Enter task codes, labor hours, and material budgets.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting for awarded jobs including production and ECNs.
• Maintain organized job documentation including quotes, purchase orders, budgets, and project files.
