The role directs technically complex manufacturing programs, aligning technical execution, program controls, and stakeholder expectations from initiation to delivery. Responsibilities include managing meetings, project timelines, ERP data, procurement tracking, and customer communication, while advancing APQP processes and cross-functional coordination to ensure program

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment with program management.
• Minimum five years in an aerospace/defense manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak) and strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate requirements and changes across the organization; track actions and open issues.
• Attend internal and external project meetings; monitor progress and follow up on overdue items.
• Create and maintain project schedules; ensure status aligns with plan.
• Manage ERP data including orders and schedules; input material requisitions.
• Issue outside service POs; monitor supplier performance and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers; communicate orders, inquiries, and resolutions.
