Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to oversee project schedules, vendor coordination, and client communications for cabinetry, countertops, and turnkey installations across Utah.

Working with the owner, you will manage day-to-day operations, help grow into leadership, and ensure projects stay on track while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in construction operations or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with budgets, change orders, RFIs, contracts, and project documentation.

We're a growing construction company specializing in cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and turnkey installation services for multi-family and residential projects throughout Utah. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to help keep projects, schedules, vendors, and customers running smoothly.

Working directly with the owner, you'll play a key role in day-to-day operations while gaining the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position as the company expands.

Construction Operations Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years in construction operations, project coordination, scheduling, purchasing, or project administration
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with budgets, change orders, RFIs, contracts, and project documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Willingness to travel locally to project sites

Construction Operations Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial construction
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and construction plan reading
• Familiarity with building codes and contract administration
• Experience with Procore, Knowify, Bluebeam, VisionTrak, Adobe Acrobat, CRM, or similar construction software
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
