Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an organized Construction Operations Coordinator to manage projects, schedules, vendors, and customers in Utah. Working directly with the owner, you will oversee day-to-day operations and drive efficiency across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in construction operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and industry software. Local travel to project sites is expected as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in construction operations, project coordination, scheduling, purchasing, or project administration.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with budgets, change orders, RFIs, contracts, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel locally to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects, schedules, vendors, and customers running smoothly.
• Work directly with the owner and play a key role in day-to-day operations.
• Support day-to-day operations and help grow into senior leadership as the company expands.
• Coordinate and track project documentation, budgets, and RFIs as needed.
• Assist with procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely project delivery.
