Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Project Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems at our site. You will drive performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams on complex projects, delivering process improvements, time standards, and data-driven metrics while aligning with Lean and global engineering strategies.

Qualifications

Understanding and application of a broad range of manufacturing and industrial engineering tools (e.g. work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research).
Understanding of Jabil’s global strategies and site direction.
Strong financial and analytical ability; capable of driving cost reduction and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate projects that eliminate waste using standard Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering processes.
Verify time standards prepared by the Engineering Team and report key metrics.
Drive process mapping activities and standardization of SAP/MES configurations.
Support Lean initiatives and mentor engineering staff across the site.
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and safety requirements.
