Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple sites and functions.
• Experience with SMT/Backend/DF processes preferred.
• Experience implementing continuous-improvement, productivity, yield-improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple Jabil sites to identify, develop, test, and implement world-class manufacturing equipment, systems, tools, procedures, and processes.
• Review and promote improvements in customer metrics to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Act as a liaison during program transfers, including input into transfer plans and timelines.
• Provide mentoring and technical assistance to site Industrial Engineering teams.
• Lead and coordinate standardization of industrial engineering systems, procedures, tools, and practices across sites.
