Job summary

Jabil is seeking an engineer to support and coordinate operational projects in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in process development, design for manufacture, and root-cause analysis to improve quality, reliability, and cost. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1–2 years of related experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate operational engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Assist in project planning, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost meet requirements.
• Assist in design for manufacture issues and process development.
