Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer I to support planning, design, and management of production and service delivery systems. The role emphasizes efficient workflows, tool design, layout optimization, and cost control across production sites in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate will analyze production data, improve daily quality and efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Broad range of industrial engineering tools (work measurement, time studies, process mapping, facilities/workstation design).
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve daily quality/efficiency for assigned areas.
• Design and procure production tooling, equipment, and workstations.
• Coordinate layout and workstation moves.
• Prepare time estimates for proposed projects and evaluate time factors.
• Minimize change over time by ensuring common set-ups where possible.
• Analyze workforce utilization and production data to determine efficient operation.
