Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale migration activities for the Defense Enclave Services DODNet Migration Execution Services program. You will provide leadership, planning, risk management, schedule oversight, and executive communications for DoD network modernization initiatives across dispersed DAFA organizations.

Responsibilities include coordinating migration workstreams with engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
• Active Secret clearance.
• PMI/PMP certification.
• Experience with DISA or DoD programs and network modernization or migration initiatives.
• Experience developing schedules, reports, and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain schedules, risk registries, action trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate migration workstreams across engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operations.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule activities and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and status briefings.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate transition milestones and operational reviews.
• Assist with migration dashboards, service reports, and executive communications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Support migration planning, testing, sustainment, and closeout.

Job description

NOVA-Dine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Defense Enclave Services DODNet Migration Execution Services program. The successful candidate will provide leadership, planning, coordination, risk management, schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication for large-scale migration activities supporting the Department of Defense's Fourth Estate modernization initiative. The effort involves migration of network and SIPR endpoint environments across numerous geographically dispersed DAFA organizations. The Project Manager will work closely with program leadership, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, migration teams, and government stakeholders to ensure successful execution of migration activities and operational transition milestones. *This position is contingent upon contract need* Responsibilities: * Lead project planning and execution activities supporting assigned migration initiatives.

• Develop and maintain schedules, action item trackers, risk registries, and status reporting.

• Experience using Microsoft Project and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with RMF, ITSM, and operational transition activities.

Salary

Salary Range: $75,000 to $105,000 The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
