Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the DoDNet Migration Execution Services program at Fort Meade. You will orchestrate planning, risk management, schedules, and stakeholder communications for large-scale migrations across DAFA organizations.

The role requires 8+ years of federal program experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with MS Project and ServiceNow; PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Master Schedule activities and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and status briefings.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate Operational Review Board activities and transition milestones.
• Assist with migration dashboards, service reports, and executive communications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

NOVA-Dine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Defense Enclave Services DODNet Migration Execution Services program. The successful candidate will provide leadership, planning, coordination, risk management, schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication for large-scale migration activities supporting the Department of Defense's Fourth Estate modernization initiative.
