Innova Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time contract role in Miami, FL. The position supports a 12-month engagement with a possible contract-to-hire option.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, leading meetings, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication across multiple teams. The ideal candidate has Agile experience, is familiar with Asana, and holds a Bachelor’s degree; PMP is desirable but not required.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Project Manager.

Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Miami, FL 33178

As a Project Manager you will be:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
• Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
• Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking
• Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
• Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
• Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
• Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Familiar with Asana for project management
• PMP desired but not required
• A Bachelor’s degree.

Pay Range*: $80 to $85 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
