Innova Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 12- to 18-month contract, located in Charlotte, NC and Jersey City, NJ. You will drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in PM, 10+ years partnering with senior leadership, and 5+ years in Banking/Regulatory Compliance, with strong governance and regulatory reporting experience. W-2 only.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Business Stakeholders and Technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, leveraging modern application development technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure project execution.
• Utilize Banking and Regulatory domain expertise to support compliance-driven projects, regulatory reporting, risk management, and governance.
• Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, dependencies, and executive reporting while aligning with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Project Manager

Position type: Contract

Duration: 12 to 18 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ

As a Technical Project Manager you will:

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• 5+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Regulatory Compliance domain.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Business Stakeholders and Technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Drive end-to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives, leveraging modern application development technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Utilize strong Banking and Regulatory domain expertise to support compliance-driven projects, regulatory reporting initiatives, risk management programs, and governance requirements.
• Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, dependencies, and executive reporting while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $70 to $73 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
