Job summary

Tiello LLC in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Project Manager – Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals to oversee projects from handoff through completion.

You will manage scope, estimating, scheduling, procurement, fabrication, erection, and customer relationships, working with estimators, detailers, engineers, fabricators, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management within structural steel fabrication.
• Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Knowledge of cost tracking, scheduling, and change orders.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationwide as needed.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handoff through completion.
• Review scope, estimates, schedules, and contract documents.
• Develop detailed project scopes and identify risks and gaps.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project schedules across engineering and fabrication.
• Coordinate with estimators, detailers, engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain clear communication on project status and issues.
