Job summary

Tiello LLC has partnered with a leading structural steel engineering firm to recruit a Senior Project Manager who will guide complex fabrication and erection projects from pre-construction through closeout. The successful candidate will mentor PMs, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold profitability and client satisfaction across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in structural steel fabrication, steel erection, construction, or similar
• 12+ years of project management experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural plans and specs
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control knowledge
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor PM personnel
• Experience coordinating with GC, owners, architects, subs, field personnel, and internal teams
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Project Managers and provide performance feedback
• Oversee resource allocation to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and billing to ensure profitability
• Develop and maintain project schedules from pre-construction through closeout
• Maintain thorough project documentation and risk management processes
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance across projects
• Drive client relationships and strive for repeat business
