Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Project Manager with structural steel/misc. metal fabrication and erection experience to oversee pivotal construction projects.

You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to delivery, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets. The role supports remote work from the Southeast with compensation ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonuses and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in structural steel/misc. metal fabrication/erection.
• Experience managing $5M-$100M projects.
• Proficient in TEKLA EPM, Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety compliance and industry standards.
• Resolve issues during fabrication and installation phases.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on progress, budget, and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team.
