Job summary

Tiello is partnering with a reputable steel fabricator in the DMV area to hire a Project Manager. The role focuses on steel fabrication and erection with project values up to $30M, requiring 3+ years of leadership on similar projects and a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

You will review bids, issue PO and subcontract agreements, supervise field personnel, and coordinate with trades and fabricators while ensuring safety and contractual compliance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects for reputable steel fabricators.
• Managing steel fabrication projects up to $10M.
• Willingness to travel or pass background/drug screen.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Reviews bid estimates for completeness.
• Issue Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements.
• Orders material as needed.
• Coordinates with other trades, subcontractors, and erectors.
• Monitors weekly production / project performance.
• Monitors safety at the job site.
• Ensures the job is built in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensures the project is completed within the project estimate.
• Tracks the job’s progress.
