Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee all facets of fabrication and erection on multi-million dollar projects. Based in Raleigh, NC, the role demands 5+ years in structural steel project management with Tekla EPM and BlueBeam proficiency.

Competitive compensation includes $85k–$115k, annual bonus, and full benefits. You will manage the full lifecycle of projects, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in structural steel fabrication.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex fabrication projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structural steel fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to meet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve issues during fabrication and installation phases.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project team to ensure successful execution.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy across all phases.
