Job summary

RRC Solutions Group, a regional single-family home builder, seeks a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent to lead new custom-home construction in the Petersburg, VA area. You will oversee site operations from design hand-off through final CO, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 4–5+ years of site-operations leadership, managing 8–10 projects concurrently, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction required.
• Experience managing multiple projects (8–10) concurrently.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

PROJECT MANAGER / Site-Superintendent
New Custom-Home Construction

LOCATION: PETERSBURG VA !

Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR ( including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.

They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

Your Responsibilities

• Over-communicationwith customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
• Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time
• Qualifications include a 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership and within New Home Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
