United Future in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent to lead new custom-home construction from ground up. You will supervise daily on-site activities, coordinate design hand-offs, select subcontractors, manage safety, and oversee C/O procedures to ensure quality and timeliness.

The role demands 4–5+ years in residential construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction (on-site leadership preferred).
• Managing multiple projects (8–10 typically) concurrently.
• 4–5+ year track record of successful site operations and new home construction leadership.

PROJECT MANAGER / Site-Superintendent
New Custom-Home Construction

LOCATION: PETERSBURG VA !

Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR ( including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.

They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

Your Responsibilities

• Over-communicationwith customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
• Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time
• Qualifications include a 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership and within New Home Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
