The Recruiting Hive in Petersburg, VA is seeking a highly capable Project Manager / Site-Superintendent for new custom-home construction. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate with design teams and clients, and ensure quality and adherence to schedule.

Expect 8–10 active projects, budget oversight, and strong communication with homeowners. Compensation starts at $100K+ DOE, plus bonuses and benefits including 401(k), PTO, and car/phone allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time.
• 4-5+ year track record of site-operations & project leadership in new home construction.
• Good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

PROJECT MANAGER / Site-Superintendent
New Custom-Home Construction

LOCATION: PETERSBURG VA !

Compensation: $100K+ PER YEAR ( including Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401(k); etc)

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.

They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

Your Responsibilities

• Over-communicationwith customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
• Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in new/ground-up residential construction
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time
• Qualifications include a 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership and within New Home Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
