Job summary

Jobot is seeking a high-impact Project Manager for residential remodeling projects in the Minneapolis area. The role oversees end-to-end single-family renovations, from concept through completion, with a hands-on approach and direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling project management.
• Strong knowledge of single-family renovation processes (kitchens, baths, additions, etc.).
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites.

• Oversee all phases of single-family remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget.
