Job summary

Centric Consulting seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead a hybrid work engagement focused on revenue lifecycle review and governance with Finance and senior stakeholders. You will drive decisions, manage risks, and coordinate multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes strong executive communication, facilitation, and a proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional programs within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably directing cross-functional business or finance initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Director-level and senior executives.
• Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to establish and coordinate effective project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a comprehensive review of the revenue lifecycle with Finance and other functions.
• Establish and manage project governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Gather information from senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Facilitate fact-finding sessions and translate findings into priorities and next steps.
• Coordinate across Finance, new business intake, conflicts, commercial, and other teams.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop executive updates and communicate status, risks, decisions, and priorities.
• Support additional Finance initiatives, including pricing, billing, and collections.
• Bring structure to complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate a comprehensive review of the revenue lifecycle, partnering across Finance and other business functions.

• Develop executive-level updates and clearly communicate project status, risks, decisions, and priorities.
• Support additional Finance initiatives, potentially including pricing, billing, and collections.
• Bring structure and organization to complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably leading complex, cross-functional business or finance initiatives.
• Proven experience working with Director-level and senior executives.
• Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and coordinate effective project governance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand complex processes and organizational dependencies.
• Experience identifying and challenging gaps, proactively managing risks, and driving issues to resolution.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
• Experience with finance transformation, revenue lifecycle, pricing, billing, collections, or related business processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
