Job summary

Alberici is seeking a Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete/Steel) to lead budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control for complex North American projects. You will oversee change orders, supervise ironworkers, and ensure quality and compliance across sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's in construction-related field and at least 5 years of project management experience on large-scale builds. Travel up to 85% across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field required.
• 5+ years of project engineering/PM experience on large projects (> $20M).
• Willing to travel to project locations across North America (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage estimates, schedules, cost control and change orders.
• Review costs and variances with PMs; monitor labor productivity and billing.
• Supervise craft workers, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate project start-up, contracts, and client relations; lead teams across sites.
